Families live and work nearby, and we want all guests to enjoy their stay while being mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
N 32nd St is just at the end of the block, with coffee shops within easy walking distance.
Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Fry's are just blocks away on Shea or Cactus. Countless restaurants with delectable options for both dine-in and delivery are nearby. Anything you want to enjoy in Scottsdale or Phoenix is just a short drive away.
The Phoenix airport is a mere 12 minutes away, and the freeway entrance is just blocks away. You'll find parking for one car in the garage and space for two more in the driveway. We ask that you utilize the available driveway space to keep the streets clear.

The host, Jennifer, was awesome! Communication, availability, and best hospitality that we have had at any vacation rental. The property was everything advertised and more. We had two families and three kids. Plenty of room. Spent hours pool side. The location is great and close to hikes, baseball parks, stores, access to the highway, old Scottsdale, and list goes on. If your looking at the photos and reading this review, book it! See you next year.

We rented this property for New Year’s. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. Property is very clean, exactly like in description and pictures. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary supplies and spices.
Owner had clear instructions on check in and out process. Any questions we had owner answered quickly. Upon arrival to the property we were welcomed with a gift basket that included snacks, beer, wine and other items.
We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone.
