About this apartment rental
The Sydney Apartment is a modern and spacious ground-floor property, ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort and convenient access to Alvor town centre.
The living and dining area in an open plan provides a bright and welcoming atmosphere, creating a smooth transition to the remaining areas of the apartment.
The apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds and there is also a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a small outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, including a breakfast table, a veranda and a service area.
Exterior, the apartment benefits from access to a shared swimming pool and garden, reached by stairs or lift to a lower level followed by a few steps.
The location is excellent, allowing guests to enjoy the proximity of Alvor town centre, the beach, the seafront promenade and a wide selection of restaurants and cafés.
This property is self-catering. For your convenience, welcome baskets with food can be reserved in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to help with car rental. We can also arrange transfers if necessary.
Group deposit: €150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.
From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes extra beds.
According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applied.

The access to the pool is very easy via the lift, and the garden is a great place to relax. The apartment was very quiet despite being so close to the center of Alvor. Having both a shower and a bathtub was a luxury for us. We will definitely be back next summer!

This magnificent apartment is in a superb location, just minutes from the charming village of Alvor. The apartment itself is very well furnished, and the kitchen was particularly well-equipped for all our needs. The small balcony was perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. We found the communication with the managing team to be exceptional, making our stay stress-free. Highly recommended for proximity to the beach and town.

This modern apartment was the ideal holiday base for us. It’s wonderfully spacious, comfortable, and the short distance to the center of Alvor and amenities was perfect. We appreciated the well-equipped, separate kitchen and the ease of access to the lovely communal pool area. The entire experience, from booking to departure, was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful team. We highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay.

A very modern and clean apartment, perfect for a relaxing break. We appreciated the air conditioning and the layout, which felt very spacious. The proximity to the long beach and the beautiful boardwalk of Alvor was a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy the coastal area. Access to the communal garden and pool was a great feature. Overall, a lovely apartment that provided everything we needed for a wonderful holiday.
