This home is only a few min. from world class fishing, 10 min. to the Jordanelle Express Gondola (access to Deer Valley), 10 min. to Lake Jordanelle and Deer Creek Lake for boating, 20 min. to downtown Park City, and 45 min. to Salt Lake City airport.
Overlooking the Timpanogos mountains, this home is perfect for groups that want to enjoy all the adventure that Utah has to offer.
The main level features the master bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom, the living room, and kitchen. The living room has a large couch and a 55 inch smart television. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dining table, and barstools.
Up the stairs, you will find a quiet office space with a desk.
The basement features one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, one bathroom, a game room, and a vintage wood burning fireplace. This basement is unique with multiple windows in each room providing extraordinary natural light. The basement game room has a selection of boardgames, a reclining couch, and a 55 inch smart television - the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and family! Washer and dryer are located in the basement laundry room.
Both bathrooms feature a bathtub.
The backyard is sprawling with grass, a fire pit, and outdoor patio furniture.

We had a great stay here! Great location and very pretty views. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean The kitchen was the only part that needs some attention. There were some dirty dishes in cupboards (I think from dishwasher not totally cleaning them). Baking sheet and frying pans need replacement and possibly cleaning out of old condiments. Otherwise place was great!
