On the ground floor, is a bright, open-plan living area, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, offering all modern amenities, two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor are two additional double bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

Location, Visnjan, offers astronomical observatory, pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, café and grocery shop nearby.
Cleaning service: cleaning ladies cleaned the house superficially
Arrival: we didn't find any essential items upon arrival (sugar, salt, a bottle of water, not enough toilet paper and trashbags..), although we expected it.
Old refrigerator and too small for eight people.
Two sunbeds were broken, the cleaning nets for the pool were very old, almost broken
There are a lot of insects in the area, so insect nets on the doors and all windows would've been useful.
Three tables in total, but only one old tablecloth.
The washing machine had a water leak. The trash hadn't been picked up for a long time.
