Though you’re close to everything St. Augustine has to offer in this charming, elevated home, you’ll feel a million miles away when you step out to your back balcony or back yard. Abutting a natural area featuring the Red House branch of the San Sebastian River, you’ll enjoy complete privacy while you sip coffee on the balcony in the morning or gather around the fire pit in the evening.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, airy space with high ceilings and lots of beach-themed touches. The well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up everything from popcorn to paella. Dine together at the table for four, pull up a barstool, or step back out to the yard and dine alfresco.

When it’s time to explore, you’re about three miles north of the Historic District, and about five miles from the sands at Vilano Beach. In the evening, return to relax in the central AC while you stream your favorite shows on the smart TV before heading off to bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
