This countryside home is the perfect getaway for those who love camping but enjoy the finer things in life. The all-wood interior brings authenticity to the forest location with comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture to capture the peaceful mood. A large TV with streaming services sits above an updated fireplace, and the kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes (no dishwasher). Cute and private. Hopefully the driveway will be paved. They’ve cut down three large trees and have tree stumps and root sticking out of the ground and who I rented from does not want to assist or acknowledge that.

The house was perfect for the four of us. Cozy and had a fantastic view. Great for your morning coffee! The roads to the house weren’t awful as far as tight mountain turns go. Upstairs is neat, but you need to put whoever is cold most often up there. It does get warm. Would stay here again.

My husband and I mostly enjoyed our stay very much! The location was private and secluded, with beautiful views overlooking the mountains from the amazing back deck and hot tub. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. Outdoor cushions were covered in dirt and mildew, the floors inside didn’t look clean, and we found dirty dishes in the microwave upon arrival. Linens all looked clean but overall things were quite dusty. There’s only tap, so be prepared to bring your own drinking water if you want filtered. They also expect you to clean the dishes but did not leave sponges or anything to clean with. Beds were uncomfortable and sagging. But again, the views were unbeatable, the hot tub was great, and we enjoyed our weekend retreat here.
