2nd floor studio with a large balcony over looking Sedona & the Verde Valley. Centrally located means a short walk to uptown. Flat is about 550 sq ft with large private balcony. In your studio: king sized bed, sleeper sofa, living room, dining room table, electric fireplace, bathroom with walk in shower, mini-fridge, coffee pot, coffee beans, grinder, sugar, & creamer. This was such a fun little place. It was an interesting mix of old and new. The front porch was amazing, we had a lovely time sitting with our beverages and enjoying the view while also people watching. It was great that it had its own parking space because parking was crazy. It was within walking distance of the main shopping and dining area, although the hill was steep so keep that in mind. The only thing I might suggest is you bring a sleep mask, the bedroom had blinds but no drapes and it was on the east side so when the sun rose at 5 am you really knew it.

This was perfect for a two night get away for two of us! Bed was comfy,( we did not try the pullout sofa). The hosts thought of everything! We appreciated the extra outlets in the unit and the heater in the bathroom! The view is truly one of the best in Jerome! We were able to park the car in assigned spot and walk everywhere we wanted to go! Loved the fresh ground coffee provided! Be careful in the middle of the night with the step up/ down from living room and into bathroom —don’t stub your toe! We would definitely stay again— hotels right next door were DOUBLE the price! Loved it here!

Great location, great view, comfortable rental with a cool vibe. This rental is in a great location for visiting Jerome.The kindsize bed was a plus, and the copper ceiling gave the rental a cool retro vibe.We enjoyed the view from the front porch and watching all the cool motorcycles ride into town.The coffee and kitchenette were helpful, as was the little fridge.The bathroom's shower was nice.The host was accommodating and we had a swell time and hope to return.We loved this rental and we love visiting Jerome.Highly Recommended.

Unbelievably, they blocked control of the thermostat so we couldn't control the heater. It was set at 65 and at night, it sounded like a freight train when the heater came on. We had no way to turn it off. It was also set too low when we did need heat and had to resort to the little area heater that was provided. Thankfully, the weather was mild for December because we've been up there when it was much colder and that little heater wouldn't have kept the unit comfortably warm. A rug in the "kitchen" area would have been nice. Also, the couch pillows stunk.
