Longer Stays:
- Stays longer than 14 days requires a guest to pay for a refresh, clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Guests to provide expected check-in time - we will do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time (latest being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn-away charge or a full day rental).
- Guests must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to the agreed check-in time, and lockboxes (if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark (if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.
During Your Stay:
- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay, as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guests to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All costs involved with returning lost items, including time taken, are chargeable.

The location of this apartment is perfect if you’re staying in Auckland without a car, as we were — it’s very easy to walk everywhere as well as to access public transportation. The downside of being right off Queen Street was that there was a lot of outside noise at night (the apartment building itself is very quiet). Because of the noise, we had to keep the windows shut and the apartment got stuffy at night — although the two fans provided by the host helped a lot. The bed was also “super-comfy” as advertised. The check out process was mildly confusing. We picked our key up at a local grocery store, but when it was time to leave we got a message saying to place our key in a lock box. A message I sent asking about the location of the lock box went unanswered. We then saw the lock boxes near the grocery store where we picked up our key, but didn’t have a code for any of them. The grocery store was also closed at the time of check out. So, we ended up going back and locking our key in the apartment, which the host seemed fine with. But we would have appreciated better communication on how to check out.
