Introducing our brand new hotel on Topsail Island, where luxury meets convenience and breathtaking views of the ocean await you. This private 3rd floor luxury hybrid hotel suite with captivating ocean views and 700 sqft of modern well designed open living space is the perfect place to unwind and vacation. This suite has two luxuriously comfortable queen-sized beds, a sparkling modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area with table and chairs and a spacious living area with a queen size sleeper-sofa and club chairs. The 75 inch Smart HDTV with fiber optic cable service, high-speed WiFi, and full size washer and dryer allow you to discover the ultimate seaside escape with all the comforts of home.
When you arrive, your beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens. We provide you with all you need to start off a relaxing vacation right, including luxury bedding, bath towels, travel size shampoo/conditioner /bath soap, cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of k-cups and condiments, and a starter supply of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
On the ground level we have a spacious covered outdoor guest common area with multiple areas of seating and games such as ping-pong, corn hole, and tiki/ring toss where you can gather with family, friends and other guests. We have 6 beach cruisers you can check out and ride during your stay at no cost and outdoor showers with hot and cold water to rinse off after the beach!

Located 250 feet from the beach access between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Saltwater is the perfect place to stay on Topsail Island. Clean, well-stocked, and convenient efficiency! We stayed on the top level which was great because I prefer not to hear footsteps above me. The place was quite sound proof, I did not hear much other movements within. The views are terrific from the top level. Only steps from the beach and plenty of parking. We felt very safe too with all of the security cameras on site. Locks are digital so no keys to worry about. My husband and I went 16July2023-19July2023 and it was not crowded at all. We visited family mostly so pretty much had breakfast/coffee in room, gone all day, then back at night to sleep. It served its purpose perfectly for us. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths; my only slight con was there was only one hand towel (I would've preferred at least 3) and no kitchen dish towels to dry dishes. Not a huge deal, just didn't want to waste all of the paper towels drying hands/dishes. Fridge was massive and super clean, microwave worked great, and there are full sized w/d - which worked great too! I'd highly recommend and will most likely return next summer when our family comes down again!
