About this house rental
Cosy house less than 100 meters from the turquoise waters of Platja de Muro, where 8 guests will find their second home.
The exteriors are perfect to enjoy a great vacation. It has a small garden area, several terraces where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with the best company and a solarium deck where you can bask in the sun with sea views. The house has direct neighbours.
The 2-storey house offers a cosy style with everything you need to enjoy your holidays. It is comprises 2 floors and each of them features: a large dining room -with TV and access to the porch or terrace-, which connects to the kitchen -equipped with a gas cooktop- through a comfortable bar; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are air conditioned. You'll have to climb the outdoor staircase in order to enter the first floor and the upper solarium terrace is accessible from the first floor. The house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
The house is located in a residential area a few meters from one of the best beaches on the island, Platja de Muro, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea, practice water sports, stroll along the seashore, etc. Not far away is Can Picafort, with all the services and a great summer atmosphere, just like in Port d'Alcúdia. You can enjoy a different day by visiting the Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca, which is located just 650 meters from the house.

Everything I read about the place and its location proved true. Very comfortable, well kept, clean and a premium location yet peacefule. WiFi works well. I a minute you are at the beach and in less than 10 minutes you can reach a super market and a restaurant. A few more minutes walk and you are in the middle of the action.

This was a very lovely house. Only a few steps from a really beautiful beach and a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. My friends and I had a great time staying here and we had plenty of resources available - towels, beach equipment, washing machine, bed linen and even a wood fire oven which we used to make pizza. To improve maybe you could provide more toilet paper as there were only 4 rolls for the 8 of us and some shower resources - like a shower gel. The door handle for the downstairs apartment was also broken before we arrived but I assume this has been fixed now. Overall thank you for a great stay and very helpful assistants at Homerti who answered all my queries.
