About this apartment rental
Apartment located in the town of Puerto del Rosario, 5 minutes from the Fuerteventura airport and 5 minutes from the beach. A quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Its central and idyllic location is perfect for exploring the island. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room/kitchen, and a large private terrace with a heated hot tub and private barbecue. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix and Amazon.

The space
-LAYOUT:
A very bright 60-square-meter apartment with windows facing the outside in every room; the entrance is directly from the street without passing through any building entrances. The apartment has the following layout:
-BEDROOMS: The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms; the master bedroom, measuring 15 m², features a 150 cm wide double bed and a work area with a desk. The secondary bedroom, measuring 10 m², has two single beds arranged as a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have a clothes rack with hangers and are equipped with all necessary bedding.
-LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchenware, including a refrigerator with a freezer, a 4-burner electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a juicer, coffee makers, etc. We also provide our guests with spices, coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, bottled water, napkins, etc. The living room features a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, and a 55" Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
-PRIVATE TERRACE: A 20-square-meter terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing hot tub—which we’ll make sure is fully prepared and heated to your liking upon your arrival—as well as a barbecue and a table with chairs where you can enjoy a lovely evening or a wonderful breakfast. It also has two folding lounge chairs so you can sunbathe. The terrace gets direct sunlight all day long.
-BATHROOM: Bathroom with a shower stall and hydromassage column, equipped with towels for all guests, shower gel/shampoo, and a hair dryer.

It’s less than a 10-minute drive from the island’s airport—an ideal location for exploring the island since it’s in the center of the island. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and more. It’s well-connected by bus routes to the entire island and the airport, and beaches are just 5 minutes away. It’s located in a very quiet area where parking is very easy; you can park your car nearby or right outside the property—there are no parking issues at any time of year.
