We did a friends biking trip and this property worked out great! There was no big table inside where we could all eat but we ate outside at the outdoor tables and in the garage one night when it was cool. We had a blast making it work. The garage was set up great for all the bikes! Rebecca was great to work with and responsive with any questions. It’s a cool old hotel all updated with different rooms. Really fun! We were able to do laundry for our stinky bike clothes. Would definitely recommend

7 guys out for some Mtn biking and hiking. The place had a great configuration for one to many people. We had the main unit and three smaller units. Very comfortable and accommodating.
The unit was well stocked. Walkable to the cute downtown wit food and drink plentiful.

Fabulous accommodations for my 25 annual mountain bike adventure week. The home and it's mountain bike friendly amenities met all of our needs. In addition the location to Fruita's downtown is unmatched. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all well appointed for our meals, our relaxation and recovery.

Great place to stay for large groups. Separate units are close together but not too close offering privacy as needed. Everything you need is within walking distance and area was quiet at night. Very clean. Higher end appliances, etc. Good parking. Lodging location easily accessed and central to many activities. Will book again.
