Enjoy this secluded cabin tucked in the tall sierra pines of Fish Camp, the mountain town ideally located just a few minutes from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park.
The open living area invites you in to a cozy living room with beautiful deck views, and a stone fireplace. The vaulted ceiling opens to the upstairs hall and bedrooms. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped for cooking and dining at the house. Please be advised that this home has a narrow and steep driveway with sharp turns for access.
The home also has a washer and dryer.
The cabin is also near the Wawona History Center and 9-hole golf course — the only golf course in a national park.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles away, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is also nearby, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

The cabin itself is really nice inside and the location was very convenient for Yosemite. There were a few problems though. The driveway is quite narrow and has a very tight turn, making it very tricky to park at the cabin regardless of the weather. Next, the paper supplies provided were quite limited. We were a group of 6 staying for 3 nights and ran out of toilet paper. We had to go out and find toilet paper for the rest of our stay. Both the tough driveway and limited paper supplies were written in the info “know before you go,” but this info was provided l literally a day before our departure and put at the bottom of the info. This information needs to be provided to guests up front when booking and not the day before the trip! Also there were ants in the kitchen and the power went out during our trip briefly due to a storm. I called the management phone number to get info on what supplies were provided for a power outage and it sounded like one tiny flashlight was available. Luckily the power came back on shortly after, but I felt like if it had lasted longer, there would not have been enough back up lights available for all of us. Overall, as nice as the cabin itself was, I don’t think we would choose this particular property again.

Excellent stay. Very close to south entrance of Yosemite. Chain grocery store (Raley's) within 30 minutes of cabin to purchase food and essentials. Plenty of pots/pans for cooking as well as a slow cooker, grill, coffee maker, etc. Invited family are looking to book this property in the future and we certainly will should we have the need.

The house in general was super clean, with my family we really enjoyed our time at the house. We look forward to go back during the summer

The house is located very close to the south entrance of Yosemite. It is surrounded by beautiful trees. There is not enough shampoos and soaps provided in the room. It is also very hard to reach any local support person. For the two times I tried, the operator can only read off a description on the website. For the price paid to rent this location, much better services are expected.
