This home is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with spectacular views of Lake Travis from almost anywhere in the house or from the multiple covered decks and entertaining areas that adorn the property. Full deep water lake access is waiting for you to enjoy swimming, boating and fishing all year long regardless of lake level. Infinity pool and hot-tub are perfect for enjoying the sunset or sipping a glass of wine at the swim up bar. Enjoy a meal with family and friends at the poolside outdoor kitchen or some smores around the fire-pit lakeside! Bedroom number 2 on the lower level has a king size bed, dedicated work space, flat screen smart TV, lake views and access to the second level deck. Bedroom 3 has a comfy queen size bed, lake views and access to the second level deck. There is a full Hollywood style bath shared by these two rooms.
Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two queen beds plus two single beds. This room has a flat screen TV and a private bath.
Below 2nd deck is the beautiful infinity pool and hot tub complete with swim up bar and sun platform. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen/living room space adjacent to swim up bar which includes ice maker and high end gas grill/rotisserie.
