The area of the apartment is 74 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, spacious and bright lounge, american-style kitchen, bathroom, terrace and balcony. The apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), central air conditioning, kitchen utensils, linens and towels. Spanish television is available. It features a saltwater communal swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, sports and children's playground, solarium and barbecue area on the rooftop. Sauna services are paid separately. The area is very popular and in walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, local amenities and much more. The Blue Flag beaches, being Los Locos and Del Cura are approximately a 10 min walkaway.

The property sleeps up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).

The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
