Start your days sipping on a cup of coffee on the private balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. There is no view like this!
Inside, the sunny living room enjoys great views of the river as well and offers an inviting sectional in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV. Stay up to date with your favorite series or movies! The open kitchen is a delight by itself with modern, stainless steel appliances. Equipped with an LG French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker, the chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious meals for the gang. There is a minibar by the kitchen if you feel like treating yourself and the rest to delicious cocktails and beverages.
Apart from the main living space, the first floor also hosts a private bedroom with a large body mirror, a convenient desk, and a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, discover another private bedroom with a large body mirror and a wall-mounted Smart TV, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and access to a private terrace with a seating area.

Latch app sucked! Just give me the code to get in . Spent an hour on the phone trying to get in. Then was locked out of the elevator at night. They were not generous with the amount of towels provided. 4 towels for 5 days. For 4 adults.Really? Other than that, the space was very nice and clean .

The Condo was very clean and the balcony right on the river was great. It is a 15 min. walk to Broadway but a lot of homeless in the Park and living along the river. We walked to Broadway but always used Uber back after dark. We had a few questions on move in day, how to use the smart thermostat, codes for getting into the parking garage and we only had 3 dinner plates so we needed more. We tried messaging on VRBO site and calling. This house was actually managed by VACASA which means when you message or call you are forwarded to another country where the person has no idea anything about your actual condo you are staying in. They just answer you by reading a script which is not helpful at all. I would definitely not want to rent anything that is being managed by them again. We rent VRBO's several times a year and this is the first time we have had any issues when we just have questions on how to work something. Usually the management company or owners are hands on and are more than happy to assist. Good Condo but poor management!
