In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three bedrooms, updates throughout, and sweeping lagoon views. Located in the Turtle Cove community, this first-floor villa is centrally located in Kiawah's bustling East Beach area and is less than a 7-minute walk to the beach.
Natural light and stunning lagoon vistas pour through the living area's large windows and welcome you into this special Turtle Cove villa. The living room features comfortable seating surrounding a wall-mounted TV and opens into the eat-in kitchen. A fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances makes cooking a breeze. Enjoy meals and snacks at the kitchen table or the breakfast bar.
Just down the hall from the living areas, you will find three bedrooms and bathrooms. The relaxing primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A light and bright queen bedroom offers a TV and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kids will love the third bedroom, which features a colorful nautical theme, two twin beds, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

It was a very rainy holiday weekend which meant a lot of time indoors. We enjoyed having a wonderful place to hangout and play games.

Had a problem with the tv in one of the rooms. Property mgr came but could not fix it. Brought a Roku to use but then it was too late.
Shouldn’t advertise 4 working tvs when there were only 3.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa! We had 5 adults and we all fit very comfortably. The villa has a great floor plan with every bedroom having their own bathroom. I loved the big comfy chairs in the sun room! So great for morning coffee! The location is great! It’s an easy walk to the Sanctuary. And we really enjoyed the bikes we got with our beach rental credit. Hope to visit again soon!
