About this apartment rental
Enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation in a lovingly furnished 3-room vacation apartment. The modernly furnished apartment has three rooms and is located on the top floor of a three-family home in a low-traffic residential area (30 km/h zone) above Markdorf’s old town. When the weather is nice, the view offers a magnificent panorama of the Alps and a partial view of Lake Constance.
Here’s what’s available for you:
• Open-concept living area with seating area, dining area, and kitchen
• Well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment
• Double bedroom with box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm)
• Single room with a single bed (NOT included in the price when the apartment is occupied by two people!)
• Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet
Good to know:
• This is a non-smoking apartment!
• When occupied by 2 people, the single room is NOT included in the rental price. It can certainly be used upon request for an additional fee.
• Steps from the parking lot to the apartment door: 31
• Wi-Fi is free
• The hosts are private individuals and cannot issue a VAT invoice.
