This house is equipped to accommodate 2 families with children for a successful summer vacation!

on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen; a living-dining room; a bathroom (a shower and a sink); an independent WC; laundry ; an outdoor courtyard
on the first floor: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed + 1 sink + cupboards; 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + cupboards; 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed + cupboards; a bathroom (shower) with WC
On the second floor: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed + a toilet / sink
The house is equipped with a TV, WiFi internet connection, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher.
The house is also equipped with a high chair and a travel cot, as well as children's games and board games. There is also a pinball machine in working condition (free) !!
The courtyard in front of the house is hidden from view. It is equipped with a sink, a table and its chairs, as well as an electric blind. There is no garden.
It is possible to take the train from Chatelaillon station to go for a walk in La Rochelle. The journey takes about ten minutes.
Children welcome; non-smoking rental; pets not allowed.
It is necessary to provide sheets and pillowcases, as well as bathroom linen. We provide blankets.

This was an old charming house, tastefully done up, plenty of space and well equipped in the centre of Chatellaion-Plage.
The location couldn't have been any better. We didn't move the car the whole week.
The people were very nice and accomodating.

Très bel emplacement pour faire tout a pied. Par contre confort moyen. Lit très dur dans la chambre de devant au 1er étage. Maison familiale mais il manque des plats et autres pour pouvoir faire de la cuisine familiale ! Malgré tout bon séjour !
