Just 350 meters from the beach lies this cozy and modernly furnished 3-room duplex apartment (with an open loft) on the 3rd floor, featuring approximately 55 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing balcony. This very family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (plus 1 child upon request). Two separate bedrooms provide space for 4 people. Conveniently located in front of the property is a lockable outdoor storage room containing two free size 28 women’s bicycles and a handcart. The apartment is assigned a free parking space (No. 11). Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also available to you free of charge.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter pack* and utilities.
*Starter pack: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own supplies during your stay.
