About this apartment rental
Located just 350 meters from Rhododendron Park and 600 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished two-room apartment is on the mezzanine level, with approximately 46 m² of living space and a sunny east-facing balcony. This very bright and family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. A separate bedroom and a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed provide space for 3 people. Conveniently located in front of the building is a storage room that offers space for bicycles or similar items. You are also welcome to use the 2 complimentary women’s bicycles during your stay. A complimentary underground parking space (No. 15) is available to you. Wi-Fi is also available here free of charge.
We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens are 20.00 per person, towels are 10.00 per person, or you can opt for a linen package for 25.00 per person.
The final cleaning fee includes a starter kit* and utilities.
*Starter kit: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own supplies during your stay.
