About this apartment rental
Just 350 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished two-room ground-floor apartment offers approximately 48 square meters of living space and a sunny south-facing terrace. This very dog- and family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child under 4 years of age. A separate bedroom and a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed provide space for 4 people. Conveniently accessible from the terrace is a lockable outdoor storage room that can hold up to 4 bicycles or similar items. The apartment is assigned a free parking space (No. 1). Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available free of charge.
We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.
The final cleaning fee includes a starter kit* and utilities.
*Starter kit: 2–3 dishwasher tabs (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own supplies during your stay.
