Located in the heart of Koserow, this apartment is right next to the coastal forest. A sandy path takes you along the forest for about 800 meters to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in a quarter of an hour. From there, the town center and the pier are within walking distance. A supermarket is located about 1.5 km away and is also open on Sundays during the season. Restaurants and local shops are located about 400 meters away on both sides of the house. There, you can also get fresh rolls and a breakfast buffet from our partner Käpt’n Brass upon request.
Dogs are welcome. Cats or other free-roaming animals are not permitted.

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is ideal for couples.
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of the vacation home. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light, a separate toilet, and an optional bathroom with a bathtub and sauna.
The built-in kitchen is as good as new, functional, and high-quality, featuring, among other things, a toaster, coffee maker, stove, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. Large west-facing terrace overlooking a private section of the garden, with a grill. This vacation rental is equipped with a private sauna and bathtub, which can be booked for an additional fee. A washing machine for personal use rounds out the amenities.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
