This tastefully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom apartment is located in an elevated position near Marbella. The terrace is partly covered and can be closed off with glass panels to enjoy longer stays during winter time.
The complex provides a great indoor SPA area (fitness and heated pool).
The urbanization provides fantastic facilities as a rooftop, super-sized Jacuzzi, a great communal pool area, two saunas one for ladies and one for gentlemen an indoor pool and a 90 m2 gymnasium completely equipped with the latest in gym machines.
This very spacious penthouse contains 3 bedrooms (all with double beds) and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has its own terrace and en suite bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet and the other 2 bedrooms have one bathroom to share with shower, single sink and toilet. All bedrooms have large build in closets. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and internet is provided.
From the open plan living room & kitchen area there are wonderful views to the Mediterranean Sea. The living is tastefully decorated in Scandinavian style. The living room presents itself with a lounge and dining area for 6 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee brewer and kettle. Next to the kitchen you find the washing machine & tumble dryer.
The covered terrace which can be closed off during winter season is located towards south and has a lounge area for 6 and a dining table for 4 (+ 2). Furthermore you find a high table with bar stools for late evening drinks complemented with most amazing views towards east and west.
