Welcome to CrestView Lodge! This amazing secluded three-story, 6800 square foot, 11 bedroom log cabin is located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood and is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, and church groups. Boasting incredible mountain views and parking for up to 15 vehicles, you will find this is the Smoky Mountain getaway you've been searching for.

MAIN LEVEL:
The entry-level offers a ramp for easy access, a large kitchen (two of all appliances), four dining room tables, with enough seating for 30, plus six at the bar. The spacious living room features comfortable seating with a gas fireplace, TV, and access to a deck with a picnic table, hot tub, and rocking chairs to enjoy the incredible mountain views!
This level offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom (BR#1) offers a king bed, a twin day-bed, TV, and an attached bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR#2) offers a king bed, a twin day-bed, TV, and an attached full bath with tub/shower. There is an additional half bath on the main level.

UPPER LEVEL:
Travel upstairs to the first upper level and you will find 6 bedrooms. The first bedroom (BR#3) has one set of queen bunk beds and two sets of twin bunk beds and an attached full bath with tub/shower. You enter through this bedroom to gain access to the second bedroom (BR#4), which offers a king bed and HDTV.
The third bedroom (BR#5) has two sets of twin bunk beds and an attached full bath with tub/shower. You enter through this bedroom to gain access to the fourth bedroom (BR#6), which offers a king bed and HDTV.
The fifth bedroom (BR#7) offers a king and a set of twin bunk beds, TV, and an attached full bath with tub/shower.
The sixth bedroom (BR#8) has a king and two sets of twin bunk beds, TV, and an attached full bath with tub/shower. There is also a washer and dryer on this level for your convenience.

TOP LEVEL:
Head up to the next level where you will find a game lovers paradise. The game room features a pool table, foosball, air hockey, multicade arcade, driving arcade game, or try your luck at the poker table. Grab your popcorn and enjoy the theater room which offers reclining seats.
This level offers three bedrooms. The first bedroom (BR#9) offers a king bed, two sets of twin bunk beds , HDTV, and an attached full bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR#10) offers a king bed and HDTV. The third bedroom (BR#11) offers two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway that features a standup shower and another full bathroom off the game room that has a tub/shower.

Step out onto the decks and enjoy the views from the rocking chairs or hot tub.

Out in the yard, relax in the cook-out area with charcoal grills, or take a dip in the private, year-round heated indoor pool.

Beautiful views! Excellent communication & great service with Rental company. Plenty of space, nicely laid out.Poor maintenance and cleaning. A lot of black cob webs, dusty and filthy windows on the cleaning side. Heating units and TV controls left a lot to be desired. Some did not work at all. NO caulking around the windows, 1/8 inch space left it very drafty.

The ‘cabin’ was amazing and in a beautiful and quiet location. We comfortably fit our family of 23 and enjoyed time at the cabin as well in Pigeon Forge, just a 10 minute drive down the mountain. We’d love to come again.

The stay was great but we did have to accommodate shower schedules due to our size. Some had cold showers the first night. We had some other issues come up but as soon as we called someone came out to assist. The service was great and I would have given it a 5 out of 5 if we did not have a cold water issue. But the view and location were amazing. Enough beds for everyone with many trundle beds. It was great.

Overall this was a pleasant stay for my family reunion of 25 people. The view from this home is truly spectacular, but the home is in need of many repairs. The listing mentions a grill which I assumed was a large gas grill since this home sleeps almost 50 people, but was in fact two very small charcoal grills. Some of the game room equipment shown in the photos is no longer present and others are in disrepair. One second floor bedroom did not have a working air conditioner, many air returns/vents were very dirty, and the third floor bathrooms had insufficient hot water. One of the two kitchen dishwashers was not working and neither was the ice maker. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving though and included plenty of paper products, soaps, and towels. As of June 25, 2023, the pool is still under construction and is located outdoors at the base of the driveway. The fire pit has been relocated and is difficult to access due to the pool construction, but it is still usable. The listing mentioned parking for 15 cars, but it was tight even for our 7. We still had a fantastic weekend despite these issues, but given the price point and listing information, I had hoped to find the home in better condition.

This was the perfect venue for our family reunion. Having everyone under 1 roof made it feel like home and me and my family enjoyed every minute of it. We had an amazing time! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Upon check out from CrestView Lodge, the girls in our group began to find bedbugs in their beds, on their towels and clothes etc. Several of the girls had bites but one girl in particular was covered in bites. So bad that it has caused one of her eyes to swell. We had to "de-bug" our bus, throw away and wash clothes, all the normal measures to get rid of bedbugs. Timber Tops would NOT compensate for any of it, citing that it had to be done "during" the stay. We didn't find them until check out time on our last day of the stay. I even offered to send pictures of bites. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The house was not clean upon arrival- there is no vacuum just a broom. Fans caked in dust- bugs in lights inside house The driveway is dirt and gravel it has a huge gulley in the middle. The drop off is 400ft so it makes it difficult to navigate. Game room has barely any light. Pinball game was broken- There also was no shuffle board game like in pictures. Theater has multiple broken seats. Lightbulbs out all over the house. Carpet tiles coming up all over, leaking windows. Ac in a few rooms was not working. Dryer only goes for 30 minutes at a time and it took 12 cycles to dry clothes. They did deliver towels for us Windows all over the house leak during rain. Multiple bedrooms had water (a lot ) after a storm. Water also came in through windows going up stairs- safety hazzard, we did have a fall because of it. Bedroom 2 - bathroom sink did not drain. There is a HUGE AMOUNT OF BLACK MOLD ON CEILING. Bedroom 5- shower valve broken barely turns- no hot water Bedroom 1-- No water pressure Bedroom 8 - stopper for tub did not work Bedroom 10 door frame was cracked THE VIEW IS AMAZING- BUT STAY OFF DECK- RAILING IS NOT STURDY- we were told by maintenance not to go on it The kitchen needs attention! No water pressure.One of the dishwashers did not work. The one that did work took 2 cycles to clean. Once I realized that we did not have 2 functioning dishwashers and no water pressure we had no choice but to get paper plates. (The non stick pans are totally scratched (this is dangerous)The pot and pans are pretty beat up. Coffee cups chipped. We had to go out and purchase cookware which is ridiculous. FYI to guests The first bear trash enclosure is not bear proof (just first door) same day pickup doesn't work apparently they are short handed. We waited until it was full. So my advice is call everyday to avoid a bear visit. Logged multiple tickets most went unanswered. I am the one that rented the house for my family and I have to say I was embarrassed and felt horrible. This house needs a ton of work the pictures are deceptive- Not my first VRBO rental but definitely my worst.

Great location and view with lot of amenities. Management company was very responsive to our requests upon arrival for more spoons and glasses which were too few for our group, which was only half the size of the advertised capacity of the house. Although the house was neat and clean most of the bathrooms had at least one fixture that needed some general maintenance and several had mold stains on shower enclosures. Also there was no hot water for the first floor, and the kitchen sink and master shower had very low water pressure. One of the two dishwashers didn’t work. The technician they sent wasn’t going to try to fix the hot water heater for the first floor so we ended up doing it ourselves a day later. Overall, my impression was that they need to take a few days between periodic rentals to correct all the minor maintenance issues before they become significant issues. Given these and some other issues we felt that the house was not up to the standard we expected for the price we paid.

The cabin has plenty of space for us all, 2 fridges and 2 stove tops! It’s a seasoned cabin that could certainly use some love (hall way carpets, not great hot water, drywall patches that never got painted) Nothing that had a negative impact though, and the AC was always cold which isn’t always easy in large cabins.

This cabin accommodated our large group of 34. It was pretty clean. The kitchen had double appliances which was really nice. We had a problem with the tv’s. They sent a repair man the first night. They were fixed briefly and then stopped working. The next morning the kitchen sink didn’t have hot water. Another repairman came and fixed the issue, however tv’s never worked for our entire trip. Great views.
