Excellent property. Clean, well positioned near Burriana beach, Mercadona supermarket and 20 min walk to old town. Marvellous views from balcony. Parking directly outside property a little tricky but plenty of parking in nearby streets.

The layout and location is excellent
Additional furniture required in both bedrooms under the mirror (Dressing table).
Garden furniture needs a upgrade
Instruction manuals and maybe a few pointers for the pool area (Plastic glasses) and local information (Bus times/car Hire, Restaurants etc etc)

Lovely layout and views. Very clean and in a quiet area.
The shower could be improved. Screens added rather than shower curtain
