Located at Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins, this RV is setup and ready to use upon arrival. We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel.
Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park.
A personal gas grill, picnic table, and firepit are setup outside your cabin for the optimal camping experience!
This unit is NOT pet friendly.

The Space:

This RV is 20’ long and has an efficient studio layout. The main bed is a queen. The pullout sofa is a full size bed. It has one full bath. The ceiling height is 6’6”. This RV sleeps 3 but is best for 2 (or 2 adults plus a child)
This rental includes:
• All bedding and towels are provided
• Bath soap, shampoo, and dish soap are provided
• Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals which includes basic cookware, flatware, dishes & glassware.
• Full Hookup to water, sewer, electric
• Free Cable TV. Free Wifi sufficient for email, zoom calls and social media. Streaming can be a challenge when the park is busy.
• AC & Furnace
• Full Bathroom. (RV Park also has Communal Bathrooms w/additional showers if needed.)
• Standard Coffee Maker w/filters (bring your own coffee grounds)
• Fire pit, picnic table & gas grill (propane provided for grill, firewood for sale at park)
• Slide outs to ensure ample space and additional comfort
• On site coin operated laundry room (bring your own detergent)
Requirements to Rent:
• Park quiet hours of 9pm-8am is enforced
• No smoking, no pets, no bikes inside
• Not required, but we kindly ask you to remove shoes while in the rental, particularly in carpeted areas
• No more than two licensed vehicles of any type are permitted per site.

Arrived later in evening, some issues noted. Host was quick to respond to messages. I have scent sensitivity issues and host was very understanding. Very nice campground, quiet.

What a perfect place for a fun getaway! The rental was well equipped, clean, in a great spot and the community had great amenities. Complimentary cup of coffee at the general store which was a nice perk.

I was a little anxious at first but once we got settled in we loved BlueSpruce. The overall feel of the site was great, you're not too close to others yet not far away. (we like the social side of camping) We enjoyed the games rooms, (ping pong, billiards, horseshoe) along with the reservoir and hiking. We enjoyed having all the supplies needed for glamping without having to bring them ourselves. The staff inside the office were nice and accommodating when we needed anything. Overall, booking this Vrbo was a great treat. I would recommend staying here and would even go back.
