About this villa rental
This luxurious Canarian style villa is locate in the center of the village of Adeje, but at the same time in a very quiet area. Many bars, restaurants and supermarkets are just a 5 minute walk away, so you do not necessarily need a rental car. The house offers everything you could wish for a relaxing vacation. A pool area with sun loungers, chairs and a table set all invite you to relax and unwind. In addition, there is a barbecue area, a romantic seating area, a swing with a view of the Atlantic and several other seating areas. The house is very spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and decorated. As soon as you enter, you will notice the imposing ceiling with wooden beams. The living/dining room has a Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace and even a small museum of Canarian clay pottery in a closed display case. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room space. The first floor also has two bedrooms, each with 1.80 m wide double beds and a huge bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. An elegant staircase leads to the upper floor with wooden floors, where you will find the spacious master bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, a reading corner, a small Canarian balcony with mountain views and another terrace with 2 sunbeds. The dressing room is attached and leads to the bathroom with whirlpool tub. In the immediate vicinity of the property you will find a variety of excursion options for all tastes. In just 10-15 minutes by car you can find dream beaches in Costa Adeje, the famous water park Siam Park, large shopping malls for shopping, etc. There are numerous routes for nature lovers and hikers, and you can even start directly from the house to the Barranco del Infierno. The villa is ideal for individual travelers or families who wish to relax from everyday life in the always sunny south of Tenerife.It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.Groups of young people under 25 years are not permitted.VV-38-4-0093109

Great and spacious house. The backyard is beautiful and relatively quiet. The kitchen has enough stock to be able to cook decent meals.
If you go in August like we did, the lack of air conditioning made it hard to sleep well in the 2nd floor room, even with the windows open. And another area of improvement would be to provide more things for the pool (there were no mattresses for the pool chairs and nothing to play in the pool either).

My family and I rented this villa for one week (3 adults and 2 babies) and were extremely happy.
Outdoor space- by far the most attractive feature of this property is its outdoor space. Spectacular views of the Teide mountain range one side and the urbanisation, Atlantic Ocean the other. The pool is a decent size with good lounging surrounding it. There is an fantastic outdoor kitchen and wood fire grill. There were a couple of items shown on the listing such as the punchbag that we weren’t able to access but this is only a minor criticism.
Interior - kitchen and bedrooms were all spacious and the master suite upstairs has a terrace with panoramic views.
Locale - we generally self catered. There are many shops such as bakeries, supermarkets etc within walking distance as well as restaurants and bars
Overall I was incredibly impressed with this place and would happily book again should I return to Tenerife
