The detached villa is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Your villa consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads over 4 steps directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and radio. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and 6 sunloungers. Kitchen 6 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine and dryer.
1st floor: Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the 15 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture and 2 sunloungers. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and with own shower / WC. You have access to the covered balcony. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Kaštelir. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
