“Haus Middelsfähr” is a middle townhouse in a quiet location in Dangast.
It features a large kitchen and living area, three bedrooms (each with two beds), a bathroom with a shower on the first floor, and a guest restroom on the first floor.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, and everything you need for self-catering is provided. A washer and dryer are located in the house.
A high chair is also available.
In the living area, you’ll find a cozy, modern sofa and an internet-enabled TV. Board games and books can be found in the cabinet. There are plenty of glasses for common beverages.
The bathroom and guest restroom have been partially renovated. The fixtures are as good as new. The tiles are less modern but in very well-maintained condition.
All three bedrooms are each equipped with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm). The mattresses and bedding are as good as new and are replaced regularly. The skylights can be darkened, and fly screens are also provided. A travel crib (HAUK) is available for your use (without bedding). The bedroom in the attic has a TV.
The terrace offers ample space for 6 guests. Garden chairs with cushions and a large table are provided. Our younger guests can sit at the “kids’ table.” An electric awning provides shade.
Your parking space is located in front of the house. The wallbox for charging your electric car is installed here.

The first floor is fully tiled, and the upper floors have laminate flooring.
Please do not smoke inside the house. (Smoke detectors are installed!) Please smoke outside, e.g., on the patio. Ashtrays are located in the living room cabinet.
