About this house rental
We are nestled in a highly sought after neighborhood in Cypress, Texas. This one story home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and over 2,800 sqft. Our focus is to provide you with a 5 star luxurious experience in a home away from home setting.
We are located less than 7 minutes from the Houston Premium Outlet Mall, HEB, Kroger, Movie Theater, Restaurants and more.
The property offers a flex room, office space, kids room, smart TV's, chefs kitchen, pool, spa and even a basketball court.
We have a family friendly space that will prove to be a great option for a staycation or retreat while visiting family or friend. We think you will appreciate all the amenities this home offers, and see that we are not your average VRBO.
You will have full access to 4 bedrooms that are well located, the Primary bedroom has a king size bed located at the rear of the home and has a pool view. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub.
We have one room that is set up to work well for family's with children. This room can sleep up to 5 total. The other two secondary bedrooms have a queen bed and can sleep 2 guest in each room.
We have 5 smart TV's throughout the home for your streaming pleasure. We DO NOT have CABLE TV.
Our Pool & Spa will ONLY be heated during winter months. All other times the temperature will be based on the natural outdoor elements.
Should you need anything durning your stay please let me know as we live in the community with only a few minutes walk. Outdoor areas are exposed to nature resulting in pollen, insects, and other debris appearing in our outdoor area. We clean our outdoor area prior to each guest, as a courtesy. However, nature tends to intrude quickly, especially with all the trees. Thank you for your understanding that we cannot control the outdoors!

We just returned from our stay at this awesome property. Our family included 3 adults and 3 kids 9, 7 and 5 years old. This beautiful home was just perfect for us! Loved the pool area, and spent a lot of time there. This owner pays attention to the details, and it shows. We will definitely stay again in the future!

We stayed at Luxury Addition for two months when an appliance in our home caused an unexpected renovation of our first floor. The host was kind and so accommodating during a very difficult time for us. She answered any questions about the home and was very quick with all communication. Finding the Luxury Addition was an answer to prayers. It had all of the amenities we were used to in our home. Large TVs in the rooms, game room, outdoor space with a TV and pool, and basketball court. The split floor plan layout of the home is perfect for either families with older children (so you don't hear them) or two families traveling together. The home has every appliance and serving dish you need to cook in as well as an outdoor cooking area. I loved the specialty coffee maker (Keurig with steamed milk feature), but it also had a drip coffee maker for those who prefer the taste of brewed coffee (when I travel, I always want to know what coffee to bring!). The home really does have every cooking or home gadget you can think of and if something is needed, the host will take care of it if you ask. The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We used the bikes to take evening rides through the extensive walking trails. The home is adjacent to a community center and we would walk over there on the weekends and watch little league games. There are great restaurants and shopping within minutes of the home. It was like living in a small town for two months.I highly recommend it.

House was great, very clean and organized. Had all the amenities we needed. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Our host Micca was great. Gave us a walk thru when we arrived and showed us the house and outside area. Very personable. Would totally recommend this property.

Property was very clean, pool and outside area was very enjoyable! Very comfortable beds and accommodate 12 of us adult hockey players. Micca’s very polite & professional. Would definitely stay again!!
