There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Our agents are happy to assist and answer any questions.

Great location convenient to everything

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Furnishings, kitchen and baths were great, as were the views. The wrap around balcony gave us options to get out of the wind. The balcony faces south and west so we could get sun at anytime.
The windows opened 6-8” which was enough for great breezes but ensured kids wouldn’t fall out.
Great area for walking, running, biking. Pool and deck out back are still being worked on but it looks like they are getting close to finishing.
So all together I am going with a 9.5 out of 10 (only because of pool / deck). Great stay. Wish we didn’t have to leave.

Great experience overall. The condo is still fairly new with nice finishes. The location is great, in a quiet part of Daytona Beach Shores. The last hurricane took out the pool and beach access, so it's a few blocks to the beach, but that is only temporary and the same for all the properties in the area. We'd definitely stay there again.
