The 6-room Käptn vacation apartment spans 3 floors and measures
160 m². It has a very spacious layout and offers 8+4 (6)
people plenty of room to unwind, relax, and sleep.
On the first floor
, there is a large, bright living room furnished with a
cozy (sleeper) couch, a TV, and DVD and CD players
. The large dining table comfortably seats 12 people.
We’ve also thought of our younger guests with a children’s table and 4 chairs
. 
You’ll also find a separate, fully
equipped kitchen on the first floor, featuring a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave,
coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a fridge-freezer. There
are plenty of dishes and glasses available.
In addition, there is a small restroom in the entryway.

On the 1st floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third
room is furnished with a bunk bed, where the lower
bunk measures 1.40 m. 
On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms
and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with both
a double bed and a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms
have large closets.
From the living room,
you can access the large terrace and the garden, which offers seating and lounging areas.
At the back of the garden, you’ll find a barbecue area.
The
entire apartment, with its unique charm and cozy

Wi-Fi is available, and linens are included in the price.

Zempin is the smallest of the “Amber Spas” on the island of Usedom and has become increasingly popular in recent years. The town is located between Zinnowitz and Koserow, at the narrowest point of the island between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon.



The nearby white sandy beach and the promenade invite you to swim and relax.

In the town itself, you’ll find a doctor’s office, numerous restaurants, fish smokehouses, and a bakery all within easy reach. Shopping options are available in nearby Zinnowitz or Koserow.
Bicycle rentals are available at several locations in town.

The beautiful coastal forest, which separates the town of Zempin from the beach, is highly recommended for a walk or bike ride. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Achterwasser. There, you can go boating and fishing.
