Right in the heart of the city, right in the heart of our building—that’s where the name comes from.
The vacation rental is located on an exclusive-use floor on the first story of the building and offers plenty of space for 4 people across 92 m².
It includes an 80 m² terrace with plants, the heart of the apartment in the summer.
The spacious and bright non-smoking apartment (exception: terrace) with its stylishly furnished living areas
is well-equipped and offers ample storage space in closets and dressers.
This vacation rental offers you plenty of comfort so you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation.
The vacation rental is located in an apartment building. A lockable storage room for sports equipment or other items is available.
The apartment features a separate reading area, with up-to-date and interesting information about the region and local events available. The beds are made, and additional blankets and pillows are provided upon request. The beds are high-quality box-spring beds.
A cleaning service is available during your stay. The apartment can be booked online, and the host encourages guests to leave reviews.
