This apartment can accommodate 3 to 7 people: it is located 150 meters from the waterfront, Corso Garibaldi, the museum, and the Duomo. It is the ideal accommodation for business travelers, couples, or families looking to stay near the sea right in the city center.

The apartment is located in the center of Reggio Calabria and is the perfect starting point for exploring Reggio Calabria and Messina on foot; by car, the entire area has paid parking, but the apartment comes with a designated parking space suitable for a car, motorcycle, or bicycle.
The building is 800 meters from the port of Reggio Calabria and 12 km from the port of Villa San Giovanni, where you can take the ferry to Sicily. You can stay in Reggio Calabria, comfortably staying in our apartment, which sleeps up to 3–4 people, as it features a double bedroom, a modernly furnished living room, and a kitchen on the terrace, which is enclosed by a shade awning. You can explore Reggio Calabria on foot and visit Sicily (Messina, Taormina, Catania, and—for the more adventurous—even Syracuse). We can also put you in touch with fishermen in Scilla who organize fishing tours by reservation. The apartment is located on Via Demetrio Tripepi, a renowned tourist street in Reggio, right in the city center: it’s 50 meters from the very central Corso Garibaldi and 150 meters from the waterfront, favorite spots for strolling and shopping in Reggio Calabria. The apartment is ideal for tourists, students, and workers, as well as for those who prefer to get around by public transportation, since the side entrance is located just 20 meters from the bus stop. Luxury finishes: equipped with heating, air conditioning, a water pressure booster, wood-look flooring, blackout curtains, wooden window frames, and electric roller shutters; additionally, for a fee and by reservation, air conditioning, a parking space, a storage unit, and wireless internet are available.
