About this house rental
Come enjoy your own private getaway retreat overlooking direct Sailboat access canal to harbor tons of fish jumping, manatees, dolphins, tarpon, resident ospreys with preservation land as your view! Tons of dock space to watch the fish, your own boat ramp if you want to bring your boat or take one of the kayaks out for a paddle.
Your favorite spot may be hanging out in the pool cage chilling or taking a dip in the heated healing salt water pool!! Or on your own 2nd floor Master deck with amazing views from up above and private from your guests.
The home itself has 3 bedrooms and two and half baths. The master has a king bed w/ensuite bath clawfoot double slipper tub and its own private deck overlooking canal. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed with also amazing views out the window, the 3rd room has two twin beds also facing the canal. the two guest rooms share a full bathroom, large stand up shower with marble, herring bone and copper finishes with rain shower.
The main floor is all open concept living space, entry living room connects to breakfast nook, large center island that seats 4 plus and onlooking the fireplaced living room out to open sliders to pool deck. Both sliders fold into wall offering an indoor outdoor living space as you overlook canal and wildlife.
The location is 10-20 minutes to everything fishermens village in Punta Gorda with great shopping and restaurants. Grocery stores, beaches you name it!! But yet super quiet.
The house is fully outfitted with everything you will need, from beach chairs, large grill, tons of linens, kitchen has instant pot, coffee maker, keurig, french press, ninja blender etc...
Please contact me about dock usage. The waters in Charlotte Harbor are some of the best in the world for wildlife, fishing, relaxing and variety. The intercoastal is just at the end of Charlotte Harbor where you can visit many barrier islands, anchor over night, stop at amazing restaurants, sea shell hunt, best sunsets and the dolphins here are special...
