About this apartment rental
Excellent 1-bedroom apartment, perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 people, with an area of 70m2.
It has modern decor, a balcony, and is very well located in a quiet area, with free parking outside, TV and internet throughout the apartment.
Close to restaurants, cafes, hypermarkets, it is just 5 minutes from Rua da Oura, famous for its nightlife and 2 km from the wonderful Oura beach.
The space
The apartment consists of:
- Entrance hall
- 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with comfortable bedding
- Complete bathroom with shower. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience! Shower gel and liquid hand soap are also provided
- Living room with TV, sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning, cable TV, and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen. It has all the necessary amenities to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal during your stay, such as a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
- It also has a balcony with table and chairs.

All perfect: the apartment is in a perfect position near The Strip (10 minutes walking) and at 5min in a car for the historical centre, Albufeira is a busy and noisy place but this district is always quetly.
The house is spaciuous, have a bedroom, a bathroom, a big living room, a terrace and a new kitchen with all necessary.
The Host is very gentlemen and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay here.
