We had a wonderful time. There were 4 adults and 2 teens. The dock was safe for fishing. The yard was cleaned and enough room for the guys to kick the soccer ball around. The air conditioner worked great. We enjoyed coffee while looking out the windows watching the lake and the birds. The birds loved the bird feeders. There were 6 kayaks and we enjoyed paddling around the cove. It was father's day weekend so we did not adventure onto the big lake since so many big boats enjoying the area. Short drive to downtown Hot Springs and Garvin's Woodland Gardens. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed.( I tried to add photos but issues with my phone, see photos on my FB page Barb McDaniel, Benton AR)

The listing needs updated pictures. The area around the house is not shown in the front-facing picture. The properties around the house are very unkept, The house was clean enough, but the dust on things made it appear it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a while. This is not a "big" gas grill on the deck as the listing says. There is a small charcoal grill. The communication with the property manager was great.
