About this villa rental
Welcome to this beautiful country house for 10 people in Algaida. It has a private pool and total privacy.
Outside you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool that measures 4.5 x 7.5 meters and has a depth that ranges between 0.80 and 1.80 meters. It also offers sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing, a sitting area where you can have a drink at sunset, an outdoor dining room, a mobile barbecue to cook delicious grilled meat and vegetables and a wood oven. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The interior of the two-story house is boasts a modern style combined with traditional elements. On the ground floor we find the living room with sat-TV. It leads to the dining room which is connected to the kitchen that offers a gas stove. In the laundry room you find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, all with twin beds and air conditioning. Three of them are on the ground floor and one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms on the first floor also have an en-suite bathroom with shower -one of them with the shower in the same room. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the whole accommodation on the ground floor and a toilet outdoors. The equipment is completed with 7 ceiling fans and a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.
The house is located on the outskirts of Algaida, in a quiet and bucolic environment. In the village you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Can Pastilla, about 20 km away. You also have a nearby golf course, Son Gual, about 13 km from the property. We recommend renting a car to make it easier to get around the island.

We had some initial back and forward with Homerti to sort out the booking but they were responsive and always doing their best to help. From here on the stay was amazing, they helped with everything needed and the owner even popped by the day of check in to show us around and make sure we had everything. She was so sweet and we felt right at home! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The small town of Algaida is walkable in 10 minutes and has both the amenities needed as well as some great restaurants in town or in the nearby towns less than 10 minutes drive away which the owner recommended. Palma, S’arenal & if it’s your thing Magaluf are all 20-35 minutes drive away. Usually cabs are a nightmare in Mallorca but the company recommended to us was very helpful (just book 24 hours in advance as is needed everywhere in Mallorca). Overall we loved it here for location, surroundings, quality of the property etc. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here with a group of friends. The place is clean and well presented. The only thing I would say to future guests is that it is preferable to hire a car as it is difficult to hire a taxi. The pool is more of a splash pool than a swimming pool. But overall, the place is well presented, convenient to Palma and with friendly owners.

Nydelig! Akkurat like flott som på bildene, fantastisk lokasjon, nydelig området og kort gåtur til den lille landsbyen for å handle. Innsjekk var kjempe lett, taxi fant lett frem. vår kontaktperson gjorde alltid det lille ekstra som å komme med oppvasksåpe da det var tomt. 10/10 opplevelse.
