Our 3 cozy vacation apartments are located in the heart of the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park. Here, relaxation and lake views are guaranteed!
The large property offers exclusive lake access to the western shore of the peninsula. There, the yachts of recreational boaters are moored at the docks. The passenger ferry dock is also located on the western shore and in the immediate vicinity. With this service, you can take both short and long sightseeing cruises, as well as regular scheduled trips to the other side of the lake.
In addition to water sports, Lake Eder is also a paradise for cyclists and hikers. The trailhead for the Knorreichenstieg is only about 100 m from our house. The “Knorreichenstieg” is a nature trail approximately 17 km long that leads hikers through the magnificent natural forests on the slopes of Lake Eder between Asel and Scheid. Cyclists can set out from the house on short and long tours. The Lake Eder loop (approx. 52 km) can also be completed in stages if desired. Two electric ferries are available for cyclists and pedestrians, allowing them to cross to the opposite shore “on demand, without a fixed schedule.”
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
