About this apartment rental
Come on board at our home port.
This family-friendly apartment was freshly renovated and lovingly furnished in June 2021. Our charming vacation rental, which sleeps up to 6 people, is located on the 1st floor with a converted attic. With its cozy atmosphere, the apartment invites guests of all ages to linger and relax.
Outdoor area:
The house is situated on a property with spacious lawns and green spaces where guests can play or relax.
The patio at the back of the garden is available for use by all guests.
Here you can barbecue or simply enjoy the fresh sea air.
There is a covered area for bicycles and strollers in the garage. Garden furniture, a grill, and playground equipment are also available there.

Since we have a child ourselves, we know how packed the car can get when going on vacation. For this reason, we’ve furnished the apartment to be as family-friendly as possible.
The following amenities are provided at no additional charge:

• Baby monitor
• Children’s toilet seat and step stool
• Children’s table and 2 children’s chairs
Various board games and DVDs are available for older children and adults.

• This family-friendly apartment was freshly renovated in June 2021 and lovingly furnished. It features a living and dining area with a modern, well-equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and much more). With its cozy atmosphere, the apartment invites guests of all ages to linger and relax.
• The modernized shower room with a toilet is also located on this level.
• In the living room, a steep staircase leads up to the converted attic. Here you’ll find two sleeping areas—each with a double bed (140 x 200 and 120 x 200)—separated by a wall. A dresser and two built-in closets provide ample storage space.
• Across from the apartment on the other side of the hallway (1.50 m) is the second bedroom. This can be an ideal retreat for older children, parents, or grandparents. The room is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200) and a closet. There is also space for the provided crib (120 x 60) with a changing pad.
• All rooms feature laminate flooring and modern infrared heating.
• A free private parking space is assigned to the apartment and is located directly on the property.
• Guests should bring their own bed linens, towels, and dish towels; however, these can also be rented for a fee.
• A washing machine and dryer are available in the common area for a fee.
• Please bring your own bedding for the crib (60x120cm).
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
