About this cabin rental
This is a non waterfront rustic little cabin nestled in trees offering filtered views of Grindstone Lake from the back deck. Located just a mile from the public beach/park on W Poplar (a very easy and enjoyable walk) or about 3 miles away from the public boat launch, you'll be able to enjoy your days on the water and evenings in this cozy little cabin. It is a two bedroom/one bath with a pull out sofa bed, so you can sleep 6 comfortably. The kitchen is small but well appointed with a Whirlpool Gas range and counter top microwave - sorry, no dishwasher.

We came up to Hayward for a side-by-side adventure and stumbled upon this little gem! A cute little cabin full of charm and character. The little notes were a favorite for sure! Great location, close to trails, the lake and downtown Hayward! The lake was so clean and perfect for our younger children. We can't wait to go back!!

The cabin is an older rustic family cabin. Very well decorated and clean. Appliances are old, but work perfectly. Nice deck overlooking the lake. Back yard is over grown which was just fine with us. Owner was very responsive and kind. Our 7 day stay was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

We booked this property for our emplyees to stay at that was close by to their job site. They had nothing but nice things to say about their stay and look forward to our next job near here to book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was adorable and more then we hoped for, we'd definitely go back! Very clean, cozy and great communication!
