Villa Vitalis - Apartments and Wellness on Rügen
Our Villa Vitalis was newly built in 2005 and offers guests seeking relaxation a vacation home for 2 adults plus 1 child up to 14 years of age, as well as numerous soothing wellness treatments, all year round. The vacation home is situated in a quiet location behind the villa. It is centrally located between the two fine-sand beaches of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, which in turn is part of Rügen’s renowned seaside resort area. Just a few meters away is Sellin’s famous Wilhelmstraße, lined with historic guesthouses and hotels built in the seaside resort architectural style; at the end of this street stands Sellin’s landmark, the 330-meter-long pier with a boat landing.
The cozy design of the vacation home, featuring warm, inviting colors, ensures an unspoiled vacation experience for up to three guests (including internet access). Upon your arrival, fresh towels will be waiting for you, and the beds will, of course, already be made with linens. You’ll find further details in the description of the vacation home. The villa also features a small garden with a terrace and barbecue facilities.
There is ample parking available on the property. There is a storage area available for the bicycles you bring with you. The public transit bus stop is approximately 100 meters away. Welcome to the Vitale Vacation Home!
Our small Vitale vacation home is located separately behind Villa Vitalis and, similar to a duplex, accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child up to 14 years old across two floors.
In the Mediterranean-style living and sleeping areas, which are designed to complement each other, you’ll enjoy every comfort during your vacation. The living and kitchen area is located on the first floor and features tile flooring, a sitting area, a breakfast table, a fully equipped kitchenette, cable radio/TV with a DVD player, and family games.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. An intricately crafted wooden staircase leads our guests to the upper floor. Parents sleep here in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and reading lamps, while the child sleeps in a separate children’s bedroom with a single bed. Both bedrooms have large closets.
On the terrace belonging to the vacation home, you can, for example, have a barbecue in the evening.
You can easily reach the wellness and fitness area in the villa via the guest entrance to Villa Vitalis.
