This wonderful one-bedroom condominium (sleeps four) has been renovated and is one of the best beach retreats in the exclusive Wild Dunes community. Oceanfront views, large swimming pool and a spacious screen porch are just a few of the amenities that will exceed your ideal beach retreat.
Step inside and you will be delighted to find a well-appointed home featuring bright beach colors, beach shiplap, an updated kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, a bonus sleeper sofa and a cheerful master bedroom featuring a king bed. Outdoor living is at its best at 202 F Port O Call with a screen porch, and seating for four that is highlighted with oceanfront views. With the prevailing summer Southwest Breeze, it is a cool spot even on the warmest of days.
When it is time to explore the Wild Dunes Community, you will find 202 F Port O Call is in the perfect location, and just a few minutes’ walk from the Links Golf Course Proshop. There you will find a restaurant, shopping, driving range and the world-famous Links golf course. Bike rentals are a great way to get around, and there are miles of bike trails leading you past many other dining options within the community, a spa, playground, the Harbor golf course and an Ice Cream Shop on the Beach. Best yet, Historic Charleston is only 30 minutes away!
With oceanfront views, a terrific swimming pool, and the perfect location, you will find your ideal beach retreat at 202 F Port O Call!

- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is unheated and open year-round from 8:00 AM to dusk. There is a community grill available in the pool area.
- Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

The unit was well laid out, clean, and everything worked. This unit overlooked the beach. We could sit on the porch and look at the ocean. We could wake up to a magnificent view of the sunrise from the bedroom and go to sleep to the sound of the waves. We had a good view of the ocean from the living room too. It was a great beach immersion experience.

We have visited IOP and Wild Dunes a few times. The unit is great! It’s right on the beach. Everything in the unit worked and was in good condition. It’s an easy drive to Charleston and other area attractions. IOP and Mount Pleasant have lots of good restaurants and activities as well. We came in just after a near miss by a hurricane, so the beach was eroded. We were still able to access it but it was a little bit further than the normal access point.

We enjoyed a five night stay. Location is nice and quiet, nice view and access to the beach. Upgrades that have been done inside are blue coastal vibe. We were disappointed with some missing amenities, such as no beach towels (clearly stated but a nuisance to go buy something just to throw it away). No starter coffee or coffeemaker liners, 2 laundry soap pods for a five night stay, 2 dishwasher pods, no Kleenex
