Our beautiful and modernly furnished one-room vacation apartment (max. 2 adult guests, separate entrance, 25 square meters, 1 combined living/sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, Wi-Fi, terrace with beach chair) is situated in a quiet location surrounded by greenery and lies directly at the confluence of the Having River and Lake Neuensien in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. With a fascinating view of the idyllic sailing harbor, the hunting lodge, or the Having River, you can let your thoughts wander in complete relaxation...
The vacation apartment is a detached unit within a vacation home; it is in a quiet location and offers opportunities for sunbathing, barbecuing, sports, and games right on the property. There is a small fish pond on the property. It’s only about 3,000 meters to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea. There’s also a small swimming spot in Seedorf. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, along with its district of Seedorf, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. There are numerous biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
The town center of the Baltic Sea resort is about 2,500 m away, and the small train station for the “Rasender Roland” is about 3,000 m away. In the center, various shops, stores, 4 supermarkets, the AHOI water park with a sauna area, and many restaurants invite you to linger.

The vacation rental also includes one parking space right next to the house. A lockable storage area for bicycles is also available. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request. The public transit bus stop is approximately 1,500 meters away.

Our beautiful one-room vacation rental is approximately 25 square meters in size and can accommodate up to 2 adult guests. It has been furnished in a modern and tasteful style and offers Wi-Fi internet access.
The combined living/sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe, a table with two armchairs, and a modern flat-screen TV. The small kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with linens, and fresh towels will be provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Behind the house, guests of the vacation rental can use a terrace with a garden table, a beach chair, and seating. A barbecue area can be shared with other guests at the resort.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
