About this house rental
Villa Margarida is a classic and charming 3 bedroom Villa in the center of Albufeira. Located in the popular area of Areias de São João, it is within walking distance of Forte de São João beach, bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.
Families will love the manicured garden, mature lemon tree, heated swimming pool (extra cost per week), built-in charcoal barbecue and shaded terraces.
The villa has a traditional design and a south facing position. From the main door you will find two double bedrooms on the right, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
On the left with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, big enough to have a breakfast table in the center. The entrance hall has a beautiful recovered pine table, where you can find a selection of books for all ages.
Opposite the entrance hall is the spacious living room (flat screen, DVD and wifi) and the dining room.
From the living room, you can access the upper floor, where the master bedroom is located. Decorated with classic furniture, it has a central king size bed, a private terrace facing south and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside you will find the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers for all guests, the built-in charcoal barbecue and the grassy area, ideal for the little ones to play. You will also find a sofa to relax on and a beautiful table with benches, made of marble stone, ideal for shaded outdoor meals.
No garage included - outdoor parking for one car.
The rental includes: bed linen, bath towels, change of towels in the middle of stays of 6 to 8 nights, wi-fi, cable TV with international channels, air conditioning (hot and cold), digital guide and daily support

Our first impression of the villa, garden and pool were very favorable. The location for bars and restaurants is very good and the tourist train takes you over to the old town and marina. We didn’t bother with the beach as the pool was lovely and we had a 5 month old with us. The strip is about 10 minutes walk away and we did pick up a bit of noise on a couple of nights but this didn’t detract from a great holiday. Cool Villas who managed the villa were great, very helpful and quick to reply to questions. The only negative is the villa could do with a few more glasses, cups and plastic glasses for the pool area.

We were a family of 5 adults. The 3 bedroom villa was perfect. Lovely large pool and garden. All mod cons. Very spacious.
Ideally located with some great restaurants within a short stroll.
5 minute walk to the strip, 20 minute walk to the old town.
10 minute walk to Averios beach.
