Beach Trail Oasis is a beachfront triplex located directly on the peaceful shores of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This listing is exclusively for Unit C, a private vacation rental with its own separate entrance. Guests can enjoy an incredible beachfront location, front-row sunset views, and the relaxed charm of Indian Rocks Beach.
Because the property includes three separate units, it can also be a wonderful option for larger families or groups traveling together who may wish to reserve multiple units while still enjoying their own private spaces.

It was by far the most amazing spectacular place I’ve stayed at. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness was on point. Loved that it had direct access to the beach. And many amenities that were available but we didn’t use. It was a Great. I worked comer again.

My first issue was the not refundable 200 pet fee. The booking stated all fees were included. It mentioned that there was a pet fee, so when I added my dog to the occupants it should have been included in the total price. Check in was easy, the area was good. The house needs some work. Soffit is missing, rafters are exposed. Sliding glass door has broken/missing threshold. Inside of the home is so so. It feels like a well used and not well maintained property. The feet on some of the furniture is damaged from water (makes me wonder about mold). Toilet paper holder falls off when you touch it. The kitchen is newer, and in good shape and the view is amazing. But beware of potential fees! 500 fine if you don't have your trash bin out by 7AM, Additional cleaning fee if "excess sand" is left inside. Guests are responsible for filling propane tank for the grill.
