About this villa rental
Villa ROSA is an excellent vacation house in just 50 meters from the beach ARENAL. The villa has 350 m2 distributed in 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The villa is modern and comfortable with quality furniture and a private garden with pool and barbecue, air conditioning and internet.
Villa ROSA is located in a quiet street in the prestigious area of L´Hospitalet del Infant, next to the well-known beach ARENAL. In the garden there is a cozy terrace overlooking the pool. From the terrace there is an entrance to the kitchen and to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Next to the kitchen there is an ironing room with a washing machine and a dryer. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed 150x190 and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is an en-suite bedroom with a bed 180x200 and with a large terrace and 2 adjoining bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower for these 2 bedrooms. On the 2nd floor you will find a room with a sofa and access to the terrace, a bedroom with a kangaroo bed (when it unfolds, 2 beds are put on the same level) and a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor have views of the sea and the mountains. The house is fully air-conditioned in all rooms.
The ARENAL beach that is next to the villa, is a very well cared and spacious fine sand beach, in it you can find several beach bars. It is an ideal place for a family vacation thanks to the quality of the crystal clear water and various outdoor activities: on the beaches you can practice water sports such as kayaking, surfing, diving, windsurfing, sailing, banana, jet ski ... and a short distance from the beach, in the mountains, you can explore hiking or cycling routes. A beautiful promenade leads to the port of L´Hospitalet del Infant, where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in the many restaurants. And on Sundays, right here in the port, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at the market.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.

La superficie totale de la maison super mais pas pratique la terrasse car pas assez large et les portes fenêtre ne s ouvrent pas complètement .
Par contre rien a dire Elvira a l écoute du client dès qu on lui a demandé un séchoir il était déposé l am .
Sonia très gentille aussi .
On aurait aimé une piscine plus jolie compte tenu du prix de la location même si la mer était très près.

La casa amplia, cómoda y bien equipada. El servicio por parte de Arenda, excepcional en todos los sentidos, tanto por parte de Elvira como Por el personal de mantenimiento siempre atentos a solucionar cualquier incidencia. Repetiremos, muy satisfechos.

The location and sea views are amazing. I loved strolling down to the beach and hearing the waves at night time in the Villa.
Beds were very comfortable.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Plenty of storage space.
Lots of outdoor eating/sitting space.
The house felt secure with locks, electric shutters and gates.
Easy check in & out despite being out of hours.
It would have been helpful to have a booklet with details about the area/restaurants/markets/parking plus instructions on using kitchen/laundry equipment.

La casa esta muy bien equipada, camas muy comodas, detalles muy bien cuidados y estancias amplias. La casa estaba muy limpia, la proximidad al mar genial y el lugar muy tranquilo.
Por parte de la agencia el trato ha sido inmejorable, muy atentos, sobretodo Elvira que se ha preocupado en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, como así ha sido, repetiremos.
