About this house rental
Enjoy the refurbished 1842 country cottage to the FMR Historic Intervale House Hotel & landmark B &B with 12 guest rooms, private baths, fireplaces & Jacuzzis. A chef's kitchen, large dining room, 3 gathering rooms, fireplaces & charm throughout. Entertain family and friends. Direct access to XC trails in winter that also lead to a sandy beach on the Saco, rolling fields & several restaurants. Amazing views & great Location, easy access to all attractions, restaurants, the Mountains, story land.
The large cottage has many attributes and amenities. The main level offers a grand foyer, guest living room, dining room with built in hutch, chef's eat in kitchen with commercial stove and outdoor deck, pantry, two refrigerators, a library with small den and 3 guest rooms.
The lower level has a great space we call the "Gathering Room". Large Fireplace, player piano, wet bar with small refrigerator, TV, games, puzzles, small bistro table and a walk out to a patio and hot tub. This level also has four guest rooms and a linen closet. On the upper level you'll find five guest rooms. Most of the floors throughout are hardwood.
The property is close to all major ski resorts. You can also x-country ski or snow show from the back door, as the trail system to the Mt Washington Valley Ski Touring Center is easily accessible. In warmer months, you can take a stroll down the adjacent path to the open fields for breath taking views of the Ledges and Presidential Mountain range.
Pricing, cleaning costs and min night stays may change based on number of guests and time of year and peak periods and holidays Can accommodate up to 26 and we also own the 1785 Inn next door.
From June 15th to Labor Day, checkout is at 10 AM to allow enough time for cleaning and same-day turnovers during our busiest season. With high demand and limited cleaners, this helps ensure the property is ready and up to standard for incoming guests.
Check out Procedures include
1. Bringing trash to the dumpster
2. We ask that you wash and place in the dryer any used towels you do not need prior to checking out (we suggest to do that the night before)
3. Run the dishwasher and clean any used pots and pans.

Scott was a wonderful host! Always responsive to my messages and questions. The house was clean and functional.....perfect for our large group of friends/families. We'll definitely be back for another stay. Awesome location, too

Perfect for a family ski vacation. The location is near several ski resorts, restaurants and stores. Our large family enjoyed having their own en-suite bedrooms. The large kitchen was a great place to prepare our meals and the dining room fit all of us Our host Scott was always available when we had questions.

Where can I begin on the wonderful things that made this place a fantastic stay.
Cleanliness: For how large this home is in the intricate details it would have passed a white glove inspection. It was great to have a dumpster there as well.
The space: The bedrooms fit all of us comfortably. Complete with a FULL bathroom off each bedroom. The hot tub was clean and refreshing. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and then some. We had 20 women and had 3 coffee pots going. The kitchen was super clean as well. We surprised it had 2 full size refrigerators.
Location: The Inn Is located .5 miles from North Conway center. Perfect!
The host: Scott was a super host! He helped us with a few things when we arrived and was available if we needed anything.
All in all this Inn was a perfect place for a large group.
