Great for every age: Roller coaster, rides, jungle gym, glow in the dark miniature golf, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading.

We do not know when they will start because the owner of the lot has not notified anyone of any plans. They could start sometime within the next 2 years per normal Coastal Commission approved building procedure time frames. Noise could be experienced from construction in the future and possibility during your stay. Please consider this when renting this property. We will keep updating this page with each stage during their construction build once they start.

We loved the location close to both beach and marina in a nice neighborhood. The two houses side by side were convenient to accommodate our family party of 13. For the price we paid, we thought the conditions could have been better cared for. The kitchen was not well-stocked, lacking enough silverware and plate ware and cups for the size of our group, and the oven functioned poorly-never heating to true temperature. The outdoor patio where the family often met and enjoyed lounging needs work, the bricks were needing great repair and provided a safety hazard. The table was old dated and several patio chairs old, worn and broken and there was no umbrella for shade. Communication with the property manager was strained, and we didn't get to enter on time.
